It was a pleasure to work alongside our good friends at Ryburn Valley Furniture on this gorgeous home. It is always great when a customer chooses to use local businesses, especially when we get the chance at working together. We were able to give that personal touch, a stress-free experience for the customer as both businesses work together, to create the perfect vision that the customer so desires!
Calder Valley Flooring installed carpets in the living room and bedroom. Ryburn Valley Furniture created some amazing fitted furniture, not just in the bedroom but also for the en-suite.
Colour was key, the customer choose from the Westex Carpet range. Westex’s colour bank is one of the best, they have such a large array of colours you can almost compare their colours against paint cards due to the number of colours they have in each range.
PRODUCT
For the living room, the Westex Pure Luxury Troika was chosen. This carpet is the ultimate luxurious flooring made out of sumptuous 100% pure New Zealand wool. The Pure Luxury range is an understated style with effortless quality, essential long-lasting looks will last for years to come. Not only having the feel of velvet, this carpet also has added Stain Resist, anti-dust mite and mothproof treatments which means many years of good looks, resilience and durability! Troika is plush, warm and highly resilient, and a cloud like touch under the foot is created with the highest tuft density 3-fold yarn, 1/8” gauge. Troika is suitable not only for extra heavy duty residential but also extra heavy-duty contract wear.
INSTALLATION
Both areas were fitted with Cloud 9 Underlay Super Contact Underlay, this gives an even more luxurious feel to the carpet leaving a “wow-factor” for anyone who walks on it. Working closely with Ryburn Valley Fine Furniture, Calder Valley Flooring were able to work in conjunction with each other to ensure installation of furniture was timed right for the bedroom floor. This worked perfectly and both businesses made sure throughout the installations that a seamless process was carried out for the customer. The two doorways were then finished with aluminium trims to bring the whole room together.
