Sometimes, as other local businesses know, the challenge of running a small business can be tough. Not so long back a lady came in to our store looking for a new kitchen floor. After discussing her requirements, we were able to offer various options and she whittled her selection down to two. A measure was booked in and from that we produced two quotations for her consideration. The lady returned to our store and after viewing our ranges and decided to take a few sample books home to try. She returned to say she had found the perfect floor but……and here’s the but.
